Director

ishkwaazhe Shane McSauby is an enrolled member of Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. He was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Shane is a former Sundance Institute fellow and has an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in writing and directing. Shane’s films have screened in tribal communities, museums and film festivals around the world including Aspen Shortsfest, Atlanta Film Festival, Vancouver International Film Festival and Santa Fe International Film Festival.
