Director

Walé Oyéjidé, Esq. is a director, writer, and designer that dispels bias with beauty. His debut feature film “Bravo, Burkina!” premiered at Sundance Film Festival 2023. His brand Ikiré Jones employs fashion to celebrate the perspectives of newcomers. His designs feature in films (“Black Panther”, “Coming 2 America”) and exhibit in museums globally. He is a Sundance Screenwriting Fellow, National Geographic Explorer, TED Fellow, and Open Society Foundations Fellow.
