Yasmine El Rashidi

Yasmine El Rashidi is a regular contributor to The New York Review of Books and an editor of the Middle East arts journal Bidoun. She is the author of The Battle for Egypt, Dispatches from the Revolution and Chronicle of a Last Summer, a Novel of Egypt. She was a 2020/21 fellow at the Institute for Ideas and Imagination in Paris. She lives in Cairo.
