Jawni Han

Jawni Han is a freelance writer and filmmaker originally from Seoul, now based in Brooklyn. Her writing has appeared in The Cut, The Brooklyn Rail, and Mubi Notebook. She has previously worked as a screenwriting instructor at her alma mater Brooklyn College, and as a housing advocate in Flushing. You may find her seated in the fourth row center at your local movie theater, or reading/writing in the quiet corner of a Brooklyn cafe while blasting k-pop.
